This Legal Notice governs the use of the website www.woply.io (hereinafter, "the Website"), through which GOLDEN NUGGETS, SLU (hereinafter, "the Company") offers its services for the design, development and delivery of professional websites for local businesses under the trade name "Woply".
Access to the Website grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Engagement published therein.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All Website content, including but not limited to: texts, images, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, trade names, designs, software, source code, databases and any other elements subject to protection, are the property of GOLDEN NUGGETS, SLU or its licensors, and are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
The "Woply" trademark, its isotype and associated graphic elements constitute original creations of the Company and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.
The intellectual property regime over the websites produced by Woply for its clients is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Engagement.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the Website content is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Company.
4. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of the Website, caused by reasons beyond its control.
The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Website in order to carry out maintenance, improvement or content update tasks, without this generating any right to compensation for the user.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by the legislation of the Principality of Andorra.
